Arc’teryx Berlin Opening

On June 6th, 2024, Arc’teryx opened its first store in Germany on Berlin’s Rosenthaler Straße. Beinghunted. managed the opening on the ground, handling guest and event management, staffing, activities, security, and on-site support across the evening, so the launch ran smoothly in a busy part of the city.

The opening continued the next day with the First 100, where the first hundred customers each received a bag put together from across the full Arc’teryx range. Father Carpenter provided coffee and Brammibal’s made special donuts for the occasion, which gave the first day in the new store a relaxed, neighbourly feel.

This was Beinghunted.’s home ground. The agency is based in Berlin, knows the guests and the community, and knows the Rosenthaler Straße and how to run an event in a busy retail location. That local knowledge, combined with an understanding of retail from the agency’s own history, made it well placed to manage a high-profile opening where a lot of moving parts, from staff and security to logistics and guest flow, had to come together under one project and run without friction.
